Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD with a nominal fee. However, for high-value orders (above ₹10,000), we recommend prepaid payments for faster processing and additional discounts.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
How does the affiliate program work?
Share your unique affiliate link to earn 2-60% commission on sales. Payouts are made via Razorpay UPI when your balance reaches ₹500. Higher commissions are awarded for more referrals.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay, plus applicable shipping fees which are clearly displayed at checkout. GST is included in all product prices.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your order in real-time through our website or the courier company's portal.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video of the damage at support@divyajyotiluggage.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Enter your coupon code during checkout in the 'Apply Coupon' box. Only one coupon can be used per order. Affiliate discounts are automatically applied when using affiliate links.
Is international shipping available?
